6:00 The easiest way to explain why the saddest movies also make you laugh is because as humans if we are given two similar things, we tend to compare and contrast. "Well this sad event isn't as sad as the last sad event that just happened, so now I'm not as sad as I could be" eventually, you begin to disassociate because it's just too much. Humor offsets those feelings and resets your emotions so the director can rip your heart out again. 😂❤

I felt a sense of motivation when i heard that Both you and Danny didn't go to film school. Because i'm actually in Marketing, on paper. But my heart was always leaning more towards Filmmaking these past 3 years. Boy I'm glad I listened to this while working today. I'm in stress overload because I'm directing, writing, producing, location hunting, prop managing, talent coordinating, etc. for a video to advertise a small ad agency. Most of prepro is done and now we're just trying to get locations. This video needs to be top notch to promote to a higher level of client to showcase what we can do... I'm new to evvvvverything in PrePro. Just like Danny said, it's a constant feeling of I'm not qualified to do this, I hope this works, but the pressure is on to succeed. I'm so glad you were there to encourage Danny. "It's not going to last forever." Even though you said that to him, I hearing it. Shooting two different videos in a 10 day span. Danny said he's learned so much, and the next film he'll know what to do in those areas. Same for me. I'm stressed, but I know we can make something awesome and we'll be better at making ads than we were before these projects. Fellow filmmakers, raise a camera in the air like Goku's friends and lend me your power of friendship! lol

The trailer is amazing. It feels like those indie dark comedy’s with that romantic spice inside the world of unadapted people who struggle with their originality against popular teenage social odds. Is like hopeless romantic meeting someone special, just when you thought nobody could care less about you. Is been a long time I don’t feel this intrigue, Coming from a real indi film. Pitty that I’m from far away, so I’ll have to wait for some kind of miracle to watch this. After all the festivals and big screenings, you could see if Netflix or some platform could stream it. Cause cinema in my country, don’t reach to this styles of cinema. Is like you’ll never see something from Brandon Cronenberg around here.
