What I’ve gathered is that 15 in game minutes pass to safely look at the rooms before anomalies start to appear. And that 5 anomalies can appear, but once the 6th one spawns, that’s when you get game over.

This stream was for sure my most favourite so far. The Eye man at 5 am was hell haha that and long arm man in Library scared the absolute shit out of me on the stream almost choked on my drink.

Something that can happen on the win screen is that you can still get a game over; the game keeps going in the background even after you won, so waiting long enough for the anomalies to accumulate can trigger a game over from the win screen (how long it takes depends on how many anomalies were already present when the win screen popped up).

I think that !!HUGEMAN!! is the one who fixes the anomalies. He's not an Intruder or ghost, and he wears what I would describe as a janitor or handyman jumpsuit.
