my movie is grandmas boy. back in 2008 (which put me at a "legal adult" but also a teenager) ... we moved, and like back before streaming shit was just the norm - when you moved that meant your ass better have some DVDs or somethin cause comcast aint showin up for like a week. all u had was whatever physical copies of some shit you had anyway yada yada - i have no idea where tf my movie box(es) are in the mountain of boxing because fuck moving. My homie that was also my plug, good times lol, brings over grandmas boy, and a couple other movies. i forget what they were but they was some basic popcorn movie shit - transformers and uhhhhh one of the fast n furious i think but nah we got stoned af and watched that damn grandma's boy dvd like more than once a day for several days. i can prolly write the script rn - but somehow its stillllll a movie that never gets old to me. when i see someone watch it for the first time its ALWAYS funny all over again (and if you arent aware, that movie was the first "Happy Madison" (adam sandlers company named after a mix of his two OG movies) production without adam. his friends were always the "minor role" so he wanted grandmas boy to be THEIR movie, without people only watching cause he was in it. thats also why Duece Biggalow exists, cause he did it for Rob. but grandmas boy is all his friends who been in all his old movies getting to have their own movie and its so damn funny i wonder if mair n sophie reacted to it? i just found them recently. maybe someone needs to tell me lol but nah thats why i fell in love with react channels - i get to watch stuff ive seen soooo many times "for the first time"

But honestly being from San Diego, it was so awesome seeing a movie centered around this beautiful city and seeing the landmarks like the Coranado Bridge (the one where Jack Black kicked Baxter off). Will Farrell's comedic character Anchorman Ron Burgundy is hilarious. Glad they made this character come from my hometown! In real life, Farrell is a fan of my hometown and even owns a summer home somewhere there. Comic-Con International is also a bonus for him whenever he chooses to be there as part of a panel or simply going incognito among the unknowing attendees.

The little girl at Sea World was played by Pearl McKay, daughter of writer and director Adam McKay. Pearl, her dad, and Will Ferrell also teamed up for the short film "The Landlord" which was released on the KZbin channel "Funny or Die." It is hysterically funny and has a gazillion views.
