Today 5/12/23 I had a lot of anxiety about things going on in our world. I am 73 and I do all I can to take care of people around me. They need me for sure. I shop, plant and stock the pantry for all of us. I digress, I just want to thank Danny and Wanda for sharing this great information. I put my headphones on early this morning and have been listening to Deep South all day. Most of the time in my garden. My mind is in a good place this afternoon. God bless all.👍🏻💕

Dear Aunt Nancy, I am going to be 70, lost vision in one eye from stroke, but have increased my garden this year. That is my favorite time to thank God for all His blessings. Something about having my hands in the soil, listening to the birds, makes me very thankful. Have a blessed day

My only grandson lost his life to the despair of this world. His Mother, my daughter passed from unknown causes, exactly 8 years before. They are safe in God’s keeping for now. Greetings Danny and Wanda. The Danny Corn is so tall and doing so awesome. The cows love those suckers. Definitely good cow food. The stalks are huge around. Onions are looking good and some nice eating. I have lots of garden tools and not afraid to use them at all. You've got some cukes already. And electroculture has done well for the plants you've used it on. Your squash are doing well too. All of what I've planted is a bit slow yet. Been hot and humid finally so what I've planted inside and out is slowly starting out. I can't wait to have some squash, zucchini and more produce. My rhubarb and elderberry are taking off though. Now if storms and hail doesn't do a number on things planted outside. Wherever you've got electroculture there is a big difference. Proofs definitely in the pudding it's working. Will be interesting to see if the copper used to support the tomatoes makes a difference. I bet it will. I'm learning from you and want to see if the coated wire makes a difference. I don't have any coated cages. I planted some squash and cabbage. So far the cabbage are starting to take off. Time to get some more soil ready here when storms pass. Thanks for sharing what you all are doing. Rich blessings to you both and all your putting your hands too

The lightening causes a reaction in the air to make nitrogen form into nitrates that dissolve in the rain and then fall to the ground. So every thunderstorm that passes gives the ground a shot of nitrogen-rich water. It's why rain water is so much better fresh, when it sits the nitrogen will faded back out again.

I really like the stirrup hoe. It cuts the weeds below the surface and leaves the stuff up top like mulch mostly unmoved. And since it doesn't take a big wind up to cut it's safer to work in narrow rows. They have walking plow mounted versions too if one had the money or carpentry skills to make one. Harvested and cooked the first couple yellow squash and zucchini over the past week and a half. My pinkeye purple hulls have shot up a good bit since the rain and heat moved in this past week. They are probably 5 to 6 inches tall now.
