Yeah, the dept of AG tried to talk my Grandpa into planting multiflora rose as a hedge row back in the 30-40's. He didn't fall for it, we see how that all worked out. My Grandpa was a farmer raised by a farmer who was raised by a farmer. I always listened to him.

Smart! My fam wasn't as wise to the multiflora rose.. I inherited old farm land & have been battling this for about 5 years. Recently upon cleaning out an old garage, I came across a giant container of some chemical, can't remember the name, but it said "For eradication of multiflora rose" from the Dept of Ag! So the Dept of Ag gave my fam a problem they didn't originally have, only to also give them the solution (which didn't work). Such a crock.

I've been watching Danny for more than 7 years now, as far back as I can remember he always explained what fertilizer he was using and how he did it. And almost every video I have remembered, must have a 95 percent success rate with bumper crops. Sometimes, like with the grazon deal, he's been hammered, but he grow so much good stuff you can ignore the two or three failures. When Danny talks, I listen!

I'm out pulling weeds in my flower bed (chic weed & fox tail) as they've taken over. And need to get some flower's out here. I love researching the "old" history too see. You mentioned cooling milk down. A few yrs back I was looking into getting a license to sell milk to the public, a guy came out to "inspect" what I was doing & told me that the temp of the milk had to drop quickly, so either put it in the freezer to get that temp or put my milk bucket in a bucket of ice. Well, I wasn't spending a ton of money on bags of ice, so after I filtered it, I put it in the freeze for a bit. It always spoiled when I did that vs just let it chill in the fridge on its own. Wasn't impressed with his idea's.

Great video guys! The garden looks amazing! We are jealous! Up here (Zone 7) our tomatoes are just getting started with blooms and a few green tomatoes emerging on the vines, Mickey wants a bite of fresh garden grown red ripe tomato so bad!!! We, too, have received a couple of comments from viewers who seem to be confused about having basic nutrients and proper PH balance in their soil. We have tried to convey that before anything can grow you have to have a good foundation in your soil structure. The Electroculture methods that we use only enhance what is already in the soil. Soil samples tested through a local county ag extension agent are recommended so that you can get off to the right start in your garden. You can also purchase from the internet a DIY kit for testing your soil.
