Always enjoyable and I must try that creamed spinach. Over the last 3 years I have lost 110lbs thanks to keto but you can’t take your eyes off the ball, I did for a couple of months and gained 15 lb back. Now I’m back on the proverbial wagon and have lost 5 lb……….AGAIN!

Clematis like their feet covered and tops to the sun! Keep mulch around the base of the plant and the tops in the sun! It worked on mine when I discovered that online! Good luck with them!

I LUV 1T horseradish+2TMayo+2teapoon ACV and a pinch of sweetener, to make coleslaw. I add dill lots of times but yes I love the spicybite of horseradish and mayo in my cabbagecoleslaw. BLT is a classic spring-summer flavor. I say YES!!! thankg for taking us along. Luvd todays video. HI Mom🙋🏽‍♀

Thanks for sharing. It was cool to see. Plant the clematis in full sun and attach it to a trellis. Van plant a plant that will shade the root ball of the clematis. Essentially plant a plant in front of the clematis. Depending upon which one you purchase, the card will tell you when and how to prune the plant. Wishing you planting and flowering success.

I think it is so important that people understand that eating Keto doesn't have to be complicated or difficult. You both showed how mundane and easy it can be to eat very little carbs. I do love my Oroweat keto wraps, so low in carbs and can be used in so many different ways. As for gardening, I’m pretty simple for my planting. I do nicotiana, geraniums, marigolds and ivy in all my planters.
