There are no words to express how good that orphanage was at caring for Cadi... they gave her all the human interaction and stimulation and straight up love she needed to thrive!!! You see these children being adopted that have development and social interaction issues because they were left in a crib all day. It brings me to tears

Omg! I'm so happy that you took Cadie to Taj Mahal and around India.I was not that lucky when I was adopted from Kolkata,I was straight brought to New York and handed over to my mother and then flew to Tampa Florida to my new family.God bless your family🙏🙏😘❤❤👍👍

I am from india... when i was in high school.. i had a trip... and i also did the same thing... because foreigner are so attractive and white... we love to interact with them.. and proud ourselve when do such kind of stuff.. so dont shock.. because uh r like a hollywood actor to us.. we feel proud to talk and have photo.. we also dared our friend to do that.. it is kind of courageous thing to ask a photo with them.

With the photos thing....i went to china (so barely anyone gets in there westerners especially) and i went into the rural and less well known towns/cities in the centre and everyone just stared 24/7 (it got quite uncomfortable since i stayed a month) On day in beijing i got asked 29 times to have my picture taken or my photo was taken (in fact barely anyone asked in china, extremely rude, had men grab me by the arm and take me to their family/children for pictures) it was quite the experience :D I went into an extremely rural village and one old lady kept hugging me (which i found very sweet since she was true communist age and went through extreme famines, she was happy to see some change) amazingly she spoke the best english! Its beyond weird having people take pictures of you all of a sudden lol

I actually researched the reason as to why photography isn’t allowed in the Taj Mahal and it is not permitted because it is classed as an insult which i was not necessarily surprised but it was understandable because of what their culture represents i find it kind of fascinating and intriguing
@Lavenderdragonz2 жыл бұрын
It has nothing to do with culture at all, it is just disrespectful to take pictures in a mausoleum. A lot of places around the world don’t allow pictures in places like museums, old churches and castles most believe that the camera flash damages items on display or again just disrespectful.. a article in the TOI years ago claim the flash might even discolour the marble walls in the Taj.
