Fun Fact #86 - The FRS was originally sold with that Pioneer head unit (stereo), when it launched in 2012 they styled the head unit to be similar to the original tape deck found in the Original AE86 Tureno. That's why it has a giant dial and orange backlighting / LEDs. It was the style back then. One of the many little styling touches the Toyota Design team did with the car which brings past Toyota history to life!

Am I the only person who has been watching this channel for a good bit of years and seen how much Wyatt has grown as a person? Back in the day I was always waiting for him to drop the f-bomb right in the middle of a video. I know that was when all the old school boiz were together, Kyle,Wyatt, Emilio,Hayden,Roman, and all of pfispeed. I can’t remember how long you guys have been in Florida but it made super serious and focused since then. I know he had his channel in Colorado but he wasn’t the most active uploader, he is now sooooo ocd about things being right. Kyle always seemed the most “responsible” of the group and now the builds quality is amazing on all projects. Sorry for the rant

Those C4 tailshafts are some thin castings and have seen quite a few break so I would suggest a soft poly or a stock Mustang T5 rubber mount to save you from not only vibration but disaster from fluid blasting out from a broken tail shaft

I know the feeling. When I first got my evo 9 I was daily driving it and it didn't have ac from having a front facing turbo set up and it was hell in this tampa heat especially in traffic. Now she has ac with a standard turbo position and its much more enjoyable to drive and take people to gapplebees with the ac on blast

If you really like the FRS I really would recommend putting the air filter on. If you think its slow now wait till you destroy those piston rings sucking up dirt I have seen first hand what not running a filter will do to rings and valve guides

My buddy has a CR-V with 230k miles on it. Adjust the valves if you haven't already Wyatt! The obvious spark plug/wires/cap/rotor tune up, etc that I'm sure you've done at some point or another! The fuel injectors recently just gave out and was absolutely dumping fuel into a couple of cylinders and causing him to stall/no hot start. New ones made it run like a beast! He literally says it's way smoother and more economic now too. That FRS is awesome and having COLD A/C is a must in the south haha

i wish people did more "mini me" swaps... referring to the silver sedan @11:35. (d15b single cam block, d16z6 head/intake, adjustable cam gear to retard timing 0.05 degree's.) pretty reliable swap and good bang for buck for someone starting or wanting to build a healthy reliable single cam and make decent power.

this guy put a turbo on a r18. this makes me happy i love my r18. i wish more people would show them some real love because they can actually make some decent power for a daily and they are wicked stout after 2008, all the little issues were fixed in the 8th gen 2010's like the bad cooling passage that cracks on the front. i literally redlined mine it's entire life and it still runs great at 220,000 miles lol highest power r18 right now is like 460hp might be more now.

As a person that always works on his own cars. If the AC stops working it goes straight to,the shop. Centeral California gets no joke hot.

The noise in the crv is the ac compressor turning on and off for some reason normally flashing check engine means misfire

That part you took off the exhaust wasn't a cat it's a resonator it would take allt of bite off that exhaust. And you should conect the intake air temp sensor because at least on a stock ecu the VTC is disabled without that sensor

I was cringing at the ricer 2 stepping lol but pretty sick the ac is working good! Such a sick daily for sure.
