Having worked in and supervised work in those buildings I can say the effort by the tradespeople was top notch. I worked and supervised the Stonemasons including Harold Sen. They were artists as well as tradesmen. That goes for the plastering and carpentry trades as well.

This can't be 1980. At 3:46, there's an EA Falcon, which was produced 1988-91. And Paul Clauson was Heritage Minister Sept-Dec 1989.
