After the bush in the bathroom I was surprised no mention of the thick black slightly curly hair on the plate with the lamb main. We did our first cruise on MSC Euribia and the hygiene standards were much, much higher thankfully. I did find it a big huge party ship for us but it didn't put us off trying cruising again, trying a smaller line this time though :).

We spent 10 days on there. Never once did the room get hoovered. I was in contact with somebody on Facebook who was coming into our room on the next departure. I left 2 chocolates under the dressing table to see if they'd clean it. Nope. Still there

I was on at this ship at the same time I noticed some food and drink in the mini bar fridge someone had obviously left in there from before being an open cup you’d get from the buffet and also hair ties and other things about. Wasn’t overly fussed but a rushed job

I think it’s an affirmative that yes the food can get worse (hard as that is to believe, given day 1). Love your vlogs, thanks so much for sharing, perhaps another cruise line should be on the horizon., and any confrontation instigated by someone else is never a good thing, thought you both sounded very calm, given the circumstances

Hi, Such a shame you started on a bad note with the dirty cabin and attitude! When we did msc (years ago and different ships) they were spotless i was really impressed especially because of all the shiny surfaces! Juat for info, if you do a a Royal Caribbean ship with a robot bar the drinks are inlcuded in the drinks package, no fancy cup though, and the robots do a dance when they arent busy! Hope you still enjoyed your mini break! Xx

I only do YC for mini cruises definitely different experience there, although it wasn’t perfect by any means there were faults but that’s the only way for me. Your experience is totally unacceptable though

Your making it sound worse than it was, you like you said went to your room straight away when you got on you left your stuff on the floor I. The room, when we boarded we put our stuff in The wardrobe so it was out of the way. Also you’re also making the marketplace out to be worse than it is. You have to just embrace the MSc cruise and not be so uptight. The abba show is great yes and the dancing is not as bad as your making it out.

Hi, appreciate the comment but, I’m not sure how a couple of small bags on the floor would stop the shower from being cleaned! Also, as we said, our main issue was with the attitude of the staff, which was unacceptable. As for the Marketplace, we’ll have to agree to disagree on that one. I don’t agree that we’re being uptight though, as we said in the video, we still had fun regardless. Thanks for watching.

Been on that exact ship 4 times , 3 x 14 nights 1 x 12 nights , the room stewards work their nuts off so to speak and so do everyone else , your video is not a fair reflection .

We do make it clear in the video though that we understand, with it being a 2 night cruise, that the service we received might not be representative of what you might get on a longer trip, but we still wanted to be honest with what we encountered.
