Love the title. “The people are coming oooooo”. A bit of a Ghanaian touch.

Pops has his machete ready for any creepy crawlers. 🤣 Such fun seeing newcomers. I can tell she will be a sweet neighbor sis. Hands in the dirt already.

All praises to TMH YAH! Congratulations. Get some mongoose on the property for the snakes or honey badgers. They’re take care of that issue. Only set-back is, they’re take care of your chickens too. 😅

Hello there Mr. & Mrs. Bodley We are truly inspired . My husband and I would love to connect and get information on land and building, we would also love to connect with Royal Kingdom. We plan on moving to Africa in the next year and we want a location in Ghana that is rural so that we can be off grid also. Grace City seems like it would be ideal place for our homestead in Africa we are retired seniors. Please let us know what where we can get more information and give you our plans whether it’s by a consult or by email and what ever fees. Thank you guys for giving us faith again in Ghana 🇬🇭 for the Africans that are in America contemplating getting out!

I wonder what your friends are even afraid of? Meanwhile, you guys come from Florida where you have swamps and lakes filled with crocodiles, alligators and even bigger snakes. I would feel comfortable walking there without any matchets. I live in norther accra behind a mini woods separated by a wall and we see snakes sometimes around. We weed behind us and mawn our lawn but we are not worrried. Like US has coyotes, cougars and other dangerous animals. I would rather be concerned living there. Not to talk of guns which one is more likey to die of. Lol

You don’t have to put oooo to sound African. But we appreciate the linking up. The diaspora and us the Africans.
