Evening Tony & Deb. On the safefill, I’d hook the bottle on to the pump before putting your card in. They can be abit of a faff when they’re empty. And when you hear that noise of the pump change, it’s full. But be careful of overfilling, if the overfill safety device doesn’t work it will let you fill the bottle with the liquid and it can damage your alde heating. I had it happen to me but thankful it only damaged the plastic exhaust cover. Also recommend shining a torch through the bottle to see the level. It’s about half way into the top circle and it’s full.

Hi you two. When you fill bottle up you connect hose to bottle then open valve and pull trigger then keep the red button pressed till bottle is full. You’ve made same mistakes that I made when I filled up the first couple of times, thinking about your temp reading on control panel mine didn’t tally with the main controller panel reading, if you go into settings on alde panel you scroll through till you comet to temperature settings adjustment. Set the temperature to the same as the main controller panel. Sometimes they come from swift and are not callobrated to each other. Hope this helps. Ray

An addition to that skirt would be instead of one row of peg holes. Which is great for a level pitch. If you have a row three inches or so above it and another three or four inches below. So basically you have three rows of pegs. This means you can you use it on slanted pitches. Probably a bit pricy. Enjoying your videos.

Another great Vlog the both of you. I’ll have to you a how to fill your sefefil bottle video Tony. It is a bit daunting at first. You do get used to it and the saving you make too especially if your heating the awning again. Great to have you both back brightening up our Sunday evenings. Although the next 2we not get you as we are away and the internet signal is rubbish.

Your Safefill bottle has an 80% safety shut off valve, to prevent overfilling.

@@thecaravanaddys I’d be very interested to hear how you get on with the Safefill. MFG are removing rheir LPG AUTOGAS pumps, so that would leave us with camping and boating retailers. Still a good option for going over to Europe though!
