You might want to check the neighborhood plan for that development (if you haven’t already done so). I took a rough look and it looks like most of the ledgeview trail system will be impacted 😢 All of that said, thanks so much for building this awesome trail :) I help maintain and build trails in my local trail system so I always like to extend a huge thank you to other builders and maintainers ❤
