Mash Allah! Ur dishes r so tempting that I always feel like making them n eating them 😋😋.... there was a time when I stopped watching cooking videos because then u make them n gain weight 😂😂... Jazak Allah Khair for the balu shahi recipe... I tried it yesterday n it came out 👌 perfect. Only variation I did was instead of ghee I used vegetable shortening. But even after a day it’s still crispy n fresh 🥰🥰.

Wsalam Glad to know. You can add any whole garam masala that you like , no boundaries But I usually go for aromatic ones. 2-3Green cardamom- 1 black cardamom-small pc of cinnamon- 1 clove- coriander seeds ( dry roasted & roughly crushed) that’s the one you’re asking about)😊 Ameen , may Allah accept same dua for you too 💕
