Dare I say it but I think I prefer this series to the Chateau Diaries! It is also playful and entertaining but has substance. I love all the history, the stories, the experiences and the interesting people they meet. The intelligence and easy banter between Ollie and Stephanie no doubt developed over the years of friendship and shared history is a bonus.

Another fantastic fun adventure ! No one can ever tell history like Oliver and Stephanie. could listen to them all day. Oliver does it all very natural. I think it gets a kick out of Stephanie, as he teases her about her high heels being worn under such dire circumstances, etc. lol Very enjoyable.. Philip stays very quiet and just makes sure all goes smoothly with the technology,

We visited Porto whilst on a cruise and first took a boat trip on the Douro and i was amazed at how many port companies we passed,we then went to a port winery called Calem and that was when i first tried white and rose port and i was pleasantly suprised how good it was. I also bought some Nierport to bring back and I loved it

Thank you for bringing back happy memories of a week on the Duro to Salamanca. By one of the many River Boats ending with Dinner high on the hill at Taylors Port with forty friends. Magic looking down on the river and an interesting visit to the Cellars very much like the one you visited, old and dusty but great Port. It is a shame you could not have taken a trip on the river looking up at all the vineyards growing up steep hills. 🍷🍷🇬🇧🇬🇧

Ola Stephanie and Ollie, I love your channel so much, you personalize it so so much, your history lessons and filming make it like we are right there with you. We get an amazing tour, learn so much about the area of the country you are in, we see the off the beaten path places that mostly the locals know about. I wish you continued success, so we can be a part of this exciting walk of life and adventure you take us through. "muito obrigado"

You are a bunch of professionals! I do not feel like I am watching a vlog, it's a proper documentary! We have been to Porto last week, by campervan and and thefore not ideal. We had to rush out to our regret as this is a city to explore for days on end. Thank you for taking away my bitter aftertaste after conquering Porto's roads in rush hour! 😢🙏❤

There is so much beauty in the world so thank you sincerely for bringing some of it to me via your vlog - eternally grateful as my long distance travels are over. But that is not to say I don't get maximum joy from your adventures which are always so captivating. Was drooling a bit watching you two down the Port - my favourite alcoholic drink 🤩LOVE the music😍 Stay safe, healthy an thank you for being you💛💙

Another beautiful place with an incredible history, so many wonderful aspects ... but those demi-johns and vintage bottles ! ..extraordinary to see so many that have survived to the present day ... and the church ! More mind blowing artistry, especially with St. Francis being the subject. Very moving. Was lovely many thanks. P.s...Was wondering why the sound cut out when describing the year of Stephanie's birth ?
