All praises to the father and our mother mother Earth. I have done in the last 4 years to prepare and strategically secured a well paying career that would finance my projects on the continent and I have successfully done so, through the grace and blessings and guidance of the creator our father, now I'm currently right now living in Zambia. I have a rental property and I will be rentinh out this property until my house is built on my land I'm currently dealing in land development and buying single family homes low income housing the prices for two bedroom homes for sale here are way beyond reasonable, so these homes I'm currently buying will be rental homes for both my sisters and brothers from diaspora that needs a place as well are zambians I am also doing land development and there's an area in Zambia that is so gorgeous and quiet, it makes for a perfect self sustaining community so we're going to build a self-sustaining community in that area so that would be something to look forward to in the upcoming months leading into the middle of 2025 and going into 2026. And I have some other projects In the marking outside of Zambia.

So rental spots go from 10$ to 300$ depending on location and high value areas we have an area that is not congested and perfect for those who want seclusion

Now I'm renting a two bedroom two and half bathroom for 125 and that high because my brother pays 90 for 4 bedroom but here's the thing it wasn't high value areas 5 years ago now it's construction going on everywhere here.
