Thanks for the video. I just saw Snow and Curts video and they explained how dangerous the Darien Gap was. So glad you all will be shipping your vans. I am suprised you didn't share a container with them. Stay safe.
@suzanneyoung80113 жыл бұрын
Curt and Snow explained that in a previous video. Their van is too tall to make it into a container safely which is why they're having to make other arrangements.

Great video! Love seeing the pup adjusting to her pack. She is such an amazing dog!! Wondering if the hostel owner ends up buying and selling from folks who don’t want to ship past the Darien Gap(?) Good idea. Glad you’ve found a deal for shipping. Hopefully all goes well. Thanks for sharing so much great info!! You two are the best!!

Hi again VANDERSONS So now my mouth is watering Emily lol! Your round creation looks delicious! I would enjoy getting the name brand so I can check it out. I've never seen one before and it's very cool. You always find the most amazing beaches and awesome view spots but this place overlooking everything is just incredible!! Just breathtaking all what you can see and pinpoint where you've been. A big thank you as I never would ever be there. Happy you made it back OK. Now you two will soon be on to South America. Sounds like your process is going to be fairly easy. Snow and Curt have quite alot to deal with for theirs. Hope you all will get there safely along with the vans. Thx as always for sharing. Catcha next time...

So glad the team is back together. Danny and Sombrita seemed to really miss Emily. It must be hard dealing with missing friends and family back home, especially with the pandemic complicating comings and goings. Your cake shames me, just had a lesson on breads and baked goods with my ESL class today and bought some muffins for tomorrow since my students did not know what they were. Should have baked them myself.

Nice hike! SOMBRITA! She's digging the pack. Once you start putting treats and other stuff of hers in the pack...she'll be living large. It got to a point where mine would want to wear it even when we simply went to the park ("Where's the thingy wif my stuffs?"). Glad you got a co-op find for your very large cargo haul. *The last video was awesome. Fly on Albatross, Frosty

Emily, that is some great looking bread. That was a clever idea of combining two different flavors in one pan. Good shots of Anton Valley from the crater rim. Did you see Curt's hike along the razor's edge? Quite scary. So glad that you got your shipping arranged and are able to share the container, way to go on cutting down the fee! The Darien Gap is 65 miles wide and has been kept road free to keep foot and mouth disease out of Central America ( and by extension the US) as the disease is endemic among South American herds. Shipping vehicles and people around it is quite normal and totally routine and frankly annoying but by hiding behind environmental concerns means the 60 mile road will never be built. Oh well.
