Fabulous scenery, and a lovely quiet site to park up. Can’t beat Scotland at this time of year. I first visited Killin in early seventies, and it’s hardly changed a bit. Great video, thank you.

You’re really loving riding that bike! Looks great fun, sadly it’s too heavy for me to lift into the van so I’ll stick to my Mirider. Good to see the views have opened up on the drive down to Killin now the trees have been felled. I’m so looking forward to my stay there in mid June as it’s 3 years since I was last there. Every time I’ve visited the weather has been either horrendous or drizzling so some sun would be good.

Lovely views on your journey ❤we’re off in second week in June for two weeks to Moffat for one night then up to lochness before heading down to Edinburg.. been to Lochness before but never to Moffat or Edinburgh.. I hear what you say about travelling around Lochloman, I absolutely hate the journey but husband Bob recons it’ll be okay. First time for us this year though pulling our caravan such a long way.. x

You definitely need to avoid the narrow bit around Loch Lomond A82 around Tarbert. Trust me go A84/A85!

Lovely video, great scenery and similar to North Wales in some places. Well done with your diet. Diabetes is not nice, my sister in law has it bad from age 15 and injects herself twice a day. I’m sure you will prevent it with this diet.

What a beautiful start to your Scottish tour. We have never stayed there and only passed through the area. Even though it’s late May now, the spring weather is wetter than normal but at least you are able to explore on your bike. Some great shots of the loch and riverside. I just arrived on the site today, 26/05/24. That bridge is a challenge, especially when the tourists use it for a photo spot. Despite the rain, it is a lovely site with amazing views.
