A lot of igbo from nigeria are showing up as mix of Cameroon/Congo and Benin/togo some yoruba are as well but virginia came more from igboland

I am originally from Nigeria. I bet if I take the DNA test I will get crazy results too. I watched a documentary on a comparison on the ancestry DNA providers and found out that thier results varries by so much. Personally I don't believe that they are correct. They use some kind of crazy algorithm. Thanks for sharing this video. I did enjoy it. If I find that video I can link it here.

Overall I do think as far as the family matches it has been pretty accurate in matching me with my family members lol at least we know something works 🤷🏾‍♀️

Way to ruin the moment for us smh. You might have DNA from all over West Africa (as some Africans do) but i'm sure that's because there are def nomadic tribes. If you do it, put it in Gedmatch and see if it matches the tribes you're from.

Am a African from south Sudan But one these days am take my DNA test because some of us Look pure African we are also Dark skin Africans but that don't Mean there no mixing but I believe I should be pure African

Skin color doesn’t define your Africanism, so a blonde berber Algerian North African can be 100% African and a dark skinned tall nilotic south Sudanese can be 80% African for example and it happened a lot recently with adding new databases of native African ethnic groups

A lot of that Camerion/congo oddly enough comes from southeast Nigerians like igbo that are close to Cameroon and also score like 20% cameroon/congo and are like only half nigerian as according to dna test. But virginia blacks african wise are mainly Nigerians (igbo and surrounding tribes) .

I was about to say his percentages of Polynesian and Central Asian and your percentages of Finland/NW Russia and East Asian was just misplaced Native American ancestry but your updated results show you each have just 1% Native American ancestry 🤔

The 1% Polynesia might be very false, but his facial features kinda remind me of Aboriginal Australians or Papuans. They arent considered Polynesian and there is little DNA connection between them, but maybe there is some connection which ended up in his DNA.

Wonderful DNA reveal story .... Mine showed Findland/Northwest Russia in the old one also. It has updated again since this video so you need too check again in 2020. I'm kinda suspicious about ancestrydna results they change so much and so hugely I don't really think their accurate, try doing 23andme I think they are more accurate with ethnicity results. I have known Native American ancestry and I'm also from The ATL so me and your husband might be related lol. On the old test I showed Caucus, Central Asia, it's gone, I now show my Native American ancestry and I show Sardinia which I don't know anything about except it's an island in Italy, my Nigerian went from 3% too 62%, ancestrydna has excellent cousin match accuracy but their ethnicity reports I don't believe or accurate, I believe they are someone 's estimates.

Russia/Asia Your earliest ancestors could be from Tartaria. I’ve been studying the region/country for a while. Look at oldest maps you can find before the land of Tartans was taken over. Hope you can find Paintings of Tartarian people. Take note of the way they dress. Seems more than likely (because your % of African) your ancestors probably headed southwest following the trade routes to escape to Iberia when the Tartaria went to heII with war/famine ~ Unfortunately the Moors invaded Spain/Iberia & and took it over for 700 years. During this time your Iberian family was most likely captured split up and taken to west coastal Africa and forced to pillage & carry off their riches/resources for North African Rulers + Morocco/Egypt. Tartaria was wiped from the maps. It’s now Russia Eurasia Asia East Asia. Ancient Ancestors~
