Craig, I never cease to be impressed with what you are able to accomplish in the space you have. Amazing! Change is sometimes necessary, especially if capacity is limited. Although my growing conditions are quite different from yours, your explanations help me determine what I might be able to grow in my U.S. northeast climate. I'm changing over to growing tropicals rather than more traditional gardens, and your video library is a fantastic resource. I love that you reviewed the plants growing on the border and showed us how they are doing. And bonus points for you, Craig, for crediting your wife. Thanks so much for sharing your passion!

I know you have done a lot of content on different banana species and care tips, and I was wondering if you have ever heard of "musa lasiocarpa" as an ornamental, root hardy banana species. I have grown them myself and find them to be a very unique plant. They tend to get no taller than 3ft tall and flower frequently due to their faster maturation of the stems. It's a compact plant that I believe can be used with smaller canna species, or even instead of them entirely. The only draw back is that their hardiness seems to be highly variable. Some being sold are only hardy to zone 10a, but some are hardy to zone 7a with mulch. Might be worth looking into further for a future vid?

Really inspiring stuff! Makes me excited to get back into my little nursery and get to work. I grow really seasonal plants outside in my greenhouses and loads of orchids and houseplants indoors. Have been toying with the idea of tropical plants in my Kent coast garden for the next season. I found your channel today and have got some really great inspiration and a bit of a wish list. Good luck to you and your family for 2024 , may it be an extra lush and green one for you 🍀👏

Sounds great! There are lots are great tropical gardeners around that area. Near the coast will be the perfect spot. Thanks for the support!

Great job, Craig, it's really starting to come along! I love your loquat tree! They are very exotic-looking plants, has yours ever flowered and fruited? I was very happy with the plants I got from you last year, and hope to purchase more from your nursery in the future!

Hi Craig. It may be a bit niche but wondered if you would consider doing a video about plant passports and how to register. I’ve been selling as hobby over the summer on eBay but have taken a break due to confusion and not wanting to break any rules etc Thanks.

Great work Craig. An interview with Mike Clifford and a tour of his garden would be a great one for all plant enthusiasts 😊

Hi Craig. I took your advice and have started looking at Mr Muck's Mushroom Compost to help improve the soil of my new build. They offer a pure Mushroom Compost, or a Mushroom and Farm Yard Manure mix. Would you pick one over the other?

Shame to see the garden go largely for nursery, craig. At some point you may need to move/ relocate or add outside space for combining both again..
@GrowParadise10 ай бұрын
Yes absolutely. I’ve shared our dream goal on the channel before, a nursery with show garden that can be open to public visits. Unfortunately for the time being we can only afford to make the most of the space we have available. 👍😀🌴

It’s encouraging to see what can be done in a small space. I have a 9m x 6m garden and when I look at Kris’ and George’s gardens (and when they visit Mark) I’m jealous. But when I see what you’ve managed to do in a more limited space it’s really encouraging. Keep up the good work.
