I’m from South Africa and I’ve seen some of the lodges from my country (and the interior design company that did most of the lodges) featured, and it’s truly heartwarming ❤. I’ve been on a couple of safaris, of course, some of them are an hour’s drive from me (Beyond Phinda). All the Singita lodges are absolutely dreamy 😍. Cecil and Boyd’s did a stunning job on all of them. I love this video and this interior design style so much 😍.

Loved this video. It reminds me of my time in Africa as a Peace Corps Volunteer. We slept outside under a mosquito net. It was the best sleep of my life. You've captured the essence of it completely.

Oh my I missed it, again 😮 the live video is too short. Although the items shown are pleasing to the eyes because it looks so natural and serene. I almost lost it when I looked at the textured pillows. I wished that I could shopped through the video.

@@suzieandersonhome I wouldn't say that your narrative was garbled, but it wasn't clear, to the extent that I had to really focus...and the topic was very interesting to me so it was a disappointment. Unfortunately, I had to cut the video short. I listened to other videos to see if the problem was on my end and the other video narrations (none of yours) were all easily understood. I'm sorry if I'm not being clear but it seemed to be a microphone issue, if anything.

What a insightful video..., i often wonder what is african style, as an african i agree with most of the ideas in these video. I think afr8can is all natural, earth tones, wood sisal, banana leaf, animal print seem to capture that. For colours brown is actually true. One time a german friend told me every kenyan house she visited it had an aspect of brown or was mostly brown. Even my tribal colour is brown. So yes to this.
