The problem with grinding with time I discovered when I upgraded from the Eureka Filtro to the Eureka Brew Pro is that occasionally in the Brew Pro the coffee stops traveling down the chute and I have to play with the chute open and close tab to get it to go again, and while I've done that the timing is off. This is something that never really was an issue in the Filtro but is an ongoing occasional issue in the Brew Pro.
