Our latest video is part of our new series 'our top two' where we choose our two top favourite things to do for different conditions/ symptoms and patterns of pain that are quick, easy and can fit into our hectic daily lives!
Today we look at our two favourite things to help with pain and tightness into the diaphragm & ribs when we feel stressed and working. We demonstrate what you can do to help and add into your work routine.

This helped, even though I’m a very big individual this helped. I can only imagine what it can do for people with a normal weight.

We would recommend 1-2x per week either with your normal weekly stretching routine after exercise or before bed to create a sustainable plan long term :)
