I noticed during the pregnancy, Allie seemed emotionally detached from mother hood. She didn’t seem like she was going to be a mom, she just seemed to be the woman carrying babies. I’m happy she was honest and even said “I love them, I didn’t think I was going to, I was worried but I do”. It’s normal, some parents don’t feel “love” for the baby until they see them

The twins will also have the same blood as Sam won’t they? you never mix blood with babies while pregnant. Either way you are right that they are both their biological mothers as Allie carried Sam’s eggs and brought them into the world! 💗💗

Congratulations.... you both look fantastic. The next few weeks will seem like they drag because you're learning the babies and they are learning their Mommas but it's totally worth it!! Allie if you get real sore I'd like to suggest maybe a compression wrap for your abdomen. I had twins and c-section as well and when I was feeling better but not all the way myself this helped my tummy and back. Of course I'm only suggesting because I think I heard you say something about one sometime in the recent Vlog. I started using mine on like week 2 and as I healed and the swelling went down I was able to regain the strength back in those lower muscles that I never thought I used until they were cut for my babies!!! I wore it up until about 5 weeks post partum just because I liked the compression.

I couldn't walk till the day after my (emergency) C-section, there was so much pain I just couldn't even move! Then again the only pain management they gave me in Germany was cream for my chest (ummm, what??). I'm so thrilled for all of you!
