I'm currently catching up on your videos and just wanted to say I love your videos and me and my twin girls have an anxiety and panic disorder and when I have a panic attack I literally feel like I'm having a heart attack! My daughter has it to where it's paralyzing and she can't do anything! The key for me is to try and ground myself what can I see , touch, smell, hear. That helps me to calm myself. I hope it gets better for you :)

I have had the same panic/anxiety attacks since I was 19 and felt like I couldn't breathe literally, I've gone to the ER 4 times and various heart tests. They found nothing and I had to deal with the constant feeling of breathlessness for almost 2 years. I have just recently found out it was anxiety and that made me feel so much better and everything is like normal almost. So candi don't worry you will be fine but get anti anxiety meds if you think they make you feel safer. I always had them just in case but never used them. Stay strong I know it is hard ❤

When you exercise, you feel physiological stress similar to anxiety, but you know it's just a normal response to exertion. However, if you push too hard, you may actually trigger a panic attack because your heart is beating too fast, you're having trouble catching your breath, and so on. You were doing HIIT training which is high intensity interval training which is a bit harsh on the heart if you’re not used to it, start gradually and stay safe.❤️
@OurFamilyNest3 жыл бұрын
Yes that’s what we have been doing is interval training and we definitely did start out slow when I look at my calories burned starting back in January compared to now we are definitely working harder now but I trust our trainer and I think he’s pushing us the exact right amount.

Honestly, I don’t know if I have anxiety. I’ve mentioned it to my doctor though. I get so stressed and overwhelmed easily. Sometimes I’ll just cry for hours uncontrollably. I feel pathetic sometimes. I can only recall one time where I think I’ve had a panic attack. It’s probably wasn’t one but drama (being in drama) causes me so much stress. Long story short I literally just broke down in tears, breathing heavy, freaking out, saying couldn’t breath (I could breath just in the moment I guess I just said that), I couldn’t control it. I feel like that was a panic attack but idk. It only lasted like 5 minutes though. I also for sure had a panic attack when there was a spider in my room. I know for a fact that was a panic attack. My goodness I was loosing it, so much freaking tears and snot (sorry it’s gross), sorta hyperventilating. Yeah I’m pretty sure my mom thought I was insane.

Yes! If you’re wearing your iWatch your phone won’t ring or give text alerts unless your phone is awake from sleep. I noticed this when I first got my watch and started Googling. A lot of people are complaining but Apple hasn’t done anything about it. Because sometimes my watch won’t give an alert either or at least not loud enough of one to hear. I also have the issue sometimes when I’m on my phone I can’t hear texts come in. I end up missing so many important calls and texts because of these issues.
@Raenelly73 жыл бұрын
I’ve suffered panic disorder many years so bad I became agoraphobic. Diagnosed by many professionals. It runs in my family. An anxiety attack and a panic attack are two different things under the same umbrella. With an anxiety attack you usually will be overly mentally focused on one thing, almost like tunnel vision. You will start to have similar physical feelings as with a panic attack but you won’t feel the fight or flight. With a panic attack your mind is typically all over the place and you feel like you have to run. Like if your out shopping you will feel the intense need to just get home. Your body will be shaky, you might have a hard time breathing, you might start sweating, you might feel racing heart, you might feel out of control, etc. Anxiety is very mental with some physical where as panic is very physical with some mental. You could’ve had either type of attack with the symptoms of unable to catch your breath.

I started having bad panic attacks when I was 12 years old. With the bad ones I would have like an out of body experience. It was a weird sensation. I had to find ways to cope so I could deal with going to school. So as soon as I would feel one coming on I would look around the room and start naming things I saw around me. It helped a lot. And now at 32 I rarely have panic attacks. I do struggle with anxiety though.

This is your live , this is just a advice and a point of view . No hate

I hate panic attacks! When I get them it’s cause I’m overthinking if something. Like I did something wrong. So I start crying and my heart is racing, and my first instinct it to go tell somebody. Because suffering alone is the worst feeling. And it’s usually over something that people find dumb, but in my head, it feels so big. Anxiety and panic attacks are no fun. I wish anxiety/panic attacks were more focused on in today’s world. Too many suicides to some good people over depression. Hope you’re okay Candi! Also for the ringer on your phone, I noticed mine does that too! But I know why mine does. It’s cause when I have anxiety I will move my case up and down on the edge where the ringer is on my phone to fiddle with something when I’m nervous or in awkward situations where I have anxiety, and when doing this, my ringer button switches up and down every time move my case (if that makes sense?
