13:50 i work in one of the biggest MNC, absolutely zero rule on dating in the company, no one cares. For having to declare dating colleague to HR is pretty toxic

Why is there a need to "label" date up or date down? Are we then determining the value of an individual in a relationship based on their position or level of success in the workplace that they share with their partner? Why should that be? Every individual is valuable in their own way. Is a CEO more valuable than a cleaner, or a road sweeper, or a security guard? We need to stop putting all these "value labels" on people if we're really going to be a society that respects and values every individual for the human being that they are. Besides, if we really really really want to debate about it, we just need to drill it all the way to the start of mankind. Did the role of a CEO exist when humans first started working? No. Did the role of an essential worker like a cleaner, or a plumber etc exist when humans first started working? Yes. So is the CEO or the cleaner more important? One could argue that even when a company becomes a mega corporation, work and business can still get done without a CEO in place. But they wouldn't survive for long without the essential workers still doing their job. So if we are going to start valuing a person based on such economic criterion, then the essential workers should be at the top of the value chain. Our mindset on a person's value MUST change!!! Every individual is valuable and important to society!!!
