I love it Bev! Nothing better than homemade meals👍 After you make homemade noodles, you never want to buy the ones from the store! You're the best👌

Love the noodle attachments. Before I bought my kitchen aid food processor I thought long and hard weather or not to buy the kitchen aid food processor or attachments. I finely got the food processor because of space . Not enough cupboards and drawers in the old house. I could store food processor on a shelf in laundry room and attachments came in a container. Now I have a different house. Little more room. Need to try making noodles. Happy and blessed new year. TFS

Hello Miss Bev. I enjoy your Home Economic videos, but this one especially because of the demonstration of pasta making. I want to learn to make it myself, so armed with your teaching, I am going to give it my best. I do have two questions 1) Did you use whole wheat flour and two) how long do you cook fresh pasta? Thank you.
@OurHalfAcreHomestead3 жыл бұрын
I used all purpose flour and depending on how you're cooking the noodles you can just drop them right into your soup or if you're making them as a side dish like Alfredo then you would want to boil them until they're soft and chewy

My grandmother had to stretch and stretch most of her life, she was always happy that I can afford good quality protein in generous amounts and can enjoy plenty of food without having to stretch, without having to choke down flour paste. God blessed me abundantly.

As you know I'm From Italy we've been making homemade pasta almost twice a week forever and originally pasta didn't have any eggs because that was saved for our elegant meals LOL so you can make pasta with just water and flour we do that for certain pasta still but anywho that looks delicious

You are correct about meat. The average person COOKS a ton of meat for one meal on a regular day without guest. Meat is like the main "visitor or guest" at the average home. But you have proved that you do not need a lot of meat to have a good time or party in your tummy. HAAAA!
@annevans55472 жыл бұрын
You sure thrifty. I would have thought of half of the meals you make.
