sam geimer Wow, thanks for your comment, Sam. These iconic ads were among the best in the DC area because of your Mom. I hope the Ourisman family appreciated that!

As a kid in the 70's, I had the hugest crush on your mom. I was convinced she was the most beautiful woman in the world.

I grew up right around the corner from Marlow Heights, MD. I remember seeing these ads as a kid. Moved to NC 3 years ago and the other day, I was talking to someone who grew up in Wash, DC. We were singing the jingle. My husband, who is from Baltimore, couldn't sing it. Your mom was iconic and certainly made an impression on me. In fact, in the 90's and early 2000's I worked for 9 years doing TV commercials, industrial films, voiceovers, theatre and even became a SAG member. I really wish I could find a clip of her singing the theme song. She was a classy lady and made a huge impression on this girl.

Would love to see the rest of them I know she did a lot of these commercials for Ourisman. One particular one which she was singing the jingle through out a dealership and at the end large group shot of all the staff singing "You always get your way at Ourisman Chevorlet....."

I hope your mom is still doing well today. I remember her from some associations with York Little Theater in the early 1970s. I graduated from West York High School in 1969. There was a girl in my class, last name Bell, that I think had some link to your family. Do you remember her or know anything about it?

Where on earth did you find that? You spelled it wrong by the way. My mom bought a car at Pohanka in Marlow Heights. Brings back memories of watching channel 5 after school.

Does anyone know if the full length song is online somewhere? I can't find it anywhere.

@T B, From memory this is the best I can do. "You always get your way at Ourisman Chevrolet, we're the number dealer, with the number one brand, a brand new Chevy blah blah, you get service, blah blah, and credit while you wait, come down to Ourisman, and try us out today, " Lol. The "blah blah" is the part I can't remember. I remember us as youngsters singing the commercial. Class of 86 here.

Got to be around 1970 or so, because they left town in 1971 and left DC without baseball for 33 years.

The 100th anniversary patch is on the left sleeve and that was in 1969.
