Love Korbin's reaction 😆😆 When you guys visit India, just keep an open mind and dive in to get the real Indian experience. I would recommend you to stick to warm and cooked food initially, to avoid Delhi belly. When you get acclimated, then get into other stuff. And ya two weeks are NOT at all enough, please please think on extending it.

From personal experience, I wouldn't recommend the fire pan. It's edible but it has a weird after taste. The fire is made using camphor which leave a minty after taste. Try the normal pan or flavoured pan instead. Also, them shoving the pan in your mouth is weird. They do it for the fire pan and ice pan, rest they'll just hand them over.

@@boonslang6689 So? Streetfoods are freshly prepared, and many people make it with hygiene like by wearing gloves and using clean water. At least they don't serve you with old/expired food or mix veg/non veg. Places shown here were ones even I'll avoid.

Actually the rabri faluda will be really sweet and delicious !!! The noodle they are using is not any kind of general noodle, which is salty rather it's actually sweet noodle, and most probably they are using the 'Semai Paisa' noodle which is a sweet noodle actually !!!! We Indians eat semai payesa as a desert !!!!! It's kinda sweet noodle soup cooked with condensed milk !!!

Korbin, you can try rabri without noodles. Or you can try them without mixing if you are not comfortable. I am a vegetarian but I have seen people eating live octopus and bulls balls on travel channels. I don't despice them like you despice texture. And you can take the PAAN in your own hand. But fire PAAN has to be shoved quickly into the mouth to avoid burns.

Hey rick don't get shocked that how's he putting his hand in some hot boiling oil. My father is not a cook at any hotels or somewhere but he loves cooking and he also does the same he puts his hands in boiling oil while making bhaji for us. And the secret is when u have your hands smeared in the dough all over your hand the hot impact of oil is less but other times if your hands are clean u might get your hands deep fried see the guys right hand.
