Rick is funny. He eats for couple of times first and then says ladies first. Most Indians don't like to eat food that's already half-eaten by anybody including siblings or parents or BF/GF. They wouldn't tell it to your face because they have manners of not offending you.

Andhra food is the spiciest in India, followed by Rajasthan.... Kashmiri cuisine is very mild as the chillies are not hot.... Assamese dishes can be hot as well with the use of chillies. Kerala with black pepper use and so on

Rajsthani food is nothing in front of village food in Maharashtra ... go and search "Bhakri Thecha(made from Raw black green chillies) and zanzanit(itself means spicy) mutton, Tambda-pandhara rassa(White-red mutton broath with dry mutton)". They served Aluwadi (very mild in terms of spice) as Maharashtra specialty... But it's not! Yes, we do eat aluwadi. But a proper Maharashtrian eats spicy food except for the Konkan region and the brahmin community who eats less spicy food.

Different regions have different mixtures of spices and use it in different variations, that's how you get such a magical food. By the way, I would feel Andhra Food has to be the spiciest, It can make you cry!!! North-East has some good spice with the usage of Bhot Jolokia , Bengal - East has elaborate usage of mustard to give you a zing. Central India - Deccan has some very dry spicy food with a lotta chilly that can turn up the heat. South Karnataka is bland, but north Karnataka has some spicy food, Goa spice is also above average with quite a few great fish/beef preparations. Rajasthan also has some different variations of spice - laal mass being at a nice level , finally kerala has an amazing non-veg fare with some great spice play usage on fish/meat. Yet all of these are very different, tasty unique and different... I'm a foody so I love them all - even the litti-choka from Bihar

What r u saying? I am from Rajasthan and I can barely tolerate the spice level here. 🥵If what u r saying is true I should better stay away from authentic Andhra Pradesh or nagaland food to avoid death by spices

@@swatisaini6447 i travelled across India from north to south and east to west, my dad being a central govt employee. From central to north west like rajasthan gujarat i felt food to be no spicy at all. On the east ive stayed in Assam for a couple of years in eastern part of assam, nagaland food is spicy but andhra has the top spice , some what more than even telnagana cuisine

Well m a Bengali guy basically from Bengal but I have been to many states and I was in NE for 7years no doubt with the bhut jolokia u can make anything spicy but tasty whereas if u go to AP it is known as red chilli hub of India often because I stay in ap presently from 2013 so the food is really spicy there and it's because they often use the red chilly that leaves your throat burns at the back after the meal and yea south Indian people really show their pride by saying no the food wasn't spicy at all but seriously the food is good too there.infact every food in India has its own style of cooking where India is known as the land of spices so yeah enjoy the meal and guys this ain't fair u r uploading all the food videos during the lockdown. #big_fan #jai hind🇮🇳

The spiciest state in India is Andra Pradesh! And yes southern region is where you get spiciest food 😁 And to the restaurant, please concentrate on the north east and southern part of India as well. There are many signature dishes there :)

Hey welcome to India yawl. I get as screwed as korbin from spicy 🌶 food but I like to taste the flavors. I’ve travelled almost all the states and lived in 7 for considerable time. I think the food from Andhra Pradesh and Nagaland or some eastern states are hot as Hellfire 🔥... I’ve watched tons of your vids because of the corona lockdown recently, and was hooked to them for long. 😛 I like the “exploring India” attitude you both have got🙂I hope you were smashed with a million flavours & colors in the country...BE SAFE. Love you both

Seeing this video .. it once again made clear how little indians know about North East India... Seven states and not a single dish from those states....😔😟😔
