@@KrystelSpell I WISH my mom had taught me these helpful skills, as an adult having to cook and clean for myself was a shock! I was lazy because she always did everything for me. I have a tip for making a large amount of burgers: Get 2 or more large baking sheets (like cookie sheets) and lay down a sheet of parchment paper covering the surface. Scoop balls of ground beef onto the paper until the sheet pan is filled, leaving space between each ball for it to spread. Lay another sheet of parchment over the meat balls, making sure theyre all covered. Then lay a second baking sheet on top, and squiiiisshhh the sheet pans together. Voila!! Burger patties!!! Can do more layers of sheet pans and meat and then do the squishing for a larger yield. Once done you can cut the paper between each patty, stack, and freeze. If you have more layers you can do the squishing by standing on the very top layer of sheet pan and using your body weight, which was one of my faaaavorite things to do when I was younger 😊. My Parents had a restaurant and we used to prep large amounts of homemade burgers this way!!!

Fairlife milk is ultra pasteurized. When you do the boil method, which is what you are doing, you are boiling the milk to ultra pasteurized. ☺️ Then allowing it to cool down so when you add your starter (the yogurt) it doesn’t die from extreme heat. What I do is buy the fairlife, yogurt, and nestle sweet cream (only creamer I use for sweetener), start it in the morning, set it for 9 hours, then put it on the fridge overnight to firm and cool. Yogurt ready for the next day that my kids devour. Hope you get your energy back soon. ♥️

Actually, any UHT (ultra-pasteurized) milk will work for yogurt without having to first be boiled since it's more sterile than low-temp pasteurized milk. People like Fairlife due to the extra protein content which often produces a thicker yogurt.

We make our own pizza all the time, but found it's even easier, if when I make the dough, I spread it out on the pans and partially bake the crusts for about half the suggested time (I look to see the bottom is just slightly browned.) I then let them cool, and freeze the crusts. It makes pizza night that much easier because all we have to do is thaw the crusts, top them and in the oven they go for about 6-8 minutes until the cheese is melted.

I go for about 10 hours because I like it thick. There is some good reason to use Fairlife, but I can't remember it. It's super good. Give it a shot - it's super easy.
