P.S. For those who care… "The average lifespan of an adult butterfly is 20 to 40 days. Some species live no longer than three or four days, others may live up to six months."

The most genuine, honest musician I have ever come across. I'm so happy to have discovered Mike's music. He doesn't care about the money or fame, he just loves music and playing for others, and all of his songs have a message that people can relate to. God bless you Mike.

I am blown away once again by Mike in this clip. So pure and lovely. He tries not to be deep..and beautifully becomes deep without trying. When he speaks, or sings, or talks to the crowd, he is AUTHENTIC. Tears come to my eyes EACH time I listen to or see him, even on video. Live? I might pass out from joy and good energy overload. I've always had my favorite singer ever as the same since I was little..and he still is...but Mike here? He's embedded himself into the #2 spot for life. God bless you Mike for bringing this kind of joy and happy (ness) to me nearly every day when I listen to your voice. You help me get thru this mess of a life as a fellow Passenger and I will always love you for that. I wish one day to meet you to say this all to you..and finally see you in a small setting concert. My fingers are crossed. Please know you are changing lives and loves and the world by staying so true. I love you man!

Refreshing to see genuinely talented dreamers make it. Restores the slightest bit of faith in humanity. His music lifts people up and pushes them to look inside themselves, making everyone want to be the best version of themselves that they can be. Live life without regrets.

People say that his voice when he sings is like weird, stupid, and annoying. In fact, that is the reason why his songs are really good.Best musician ever.

Such a genuine...honest guy...I'm 54 now and music has always played a big part in my life...and Mike's attitude to life and his music is like a breath of fresh in this age of greed and commercialism. Sure he'll be rewarded in the experiences he has following his heart !

Brilliant- I think Mike is one of the few genuine artists out there today who deserves success after years of doing it the hard way. Met him at Glasgow airport a couple of weeks ago and he is a top bloke- shook my hand and chatted no problem, down to earth easy going guy. wanted to chat more and get a pic with him but didn't want to hold him up and be a pain in the arse. all the best of luck and success for the future Mike. Keep writing and playing great songs.

Saw Mike two nights ago. Probably one of the best most genuine and awesome concerts I've ever been to. (And I've been to hundreds). Bloody funny too. Would like to hang out with Mike sometime. Seems an excellent dude. Keep it going brother.

I love that the interview stops when he sees a butterfly. It's actually adorable that he takes the time to be a real man, with interests and feelings, not just a program to produce music and sell cd's.

this is possibly my favourite of all Mike's interviews... you just get to see his honesty, his love for the music without craving fame... and how he stops an interview for a bloody butterfly. Omg :'-)

Their music has integrity and it is "real" and, as he says, does not rely on smoke machines and 50 layers of drum machines and studio trickery !!
