That tire soap is great for cleaning your tires. Makes them look brand new. Without the issues you get with tire care products. Also works great for getting grease out of your clothes. Just put some on the grease spots and wash in your machine. God bless

Just learned this tip a few days ago. John Deere brand starting fluid is 80 percent ether and flash burns way faster than other starting fluids. I was skeptical but bought a couple cans and and tried it. HUGE improvement over other starting fluids!

Howdy, in regards to the ether/starting fluid try to get more inside of the tire. Don't get carried away with the amount but once you find that right amount it will seat the bead. If you hook up your handy dandy little air hose adapter you can have air going into the tire after the "pop" when the tire starts to contract and your air hose will counteract the contraction that wants to pull it back off the bead.

When using a combustible to seat tire beads, my experience has been that oxy/acetylene is generally safer than ether due to the simple fact of no residual flames -- it all ignites at once. Best way I've found to use it, is light the cutting torch and adjust flame to correct mixture, then "knock" the flame out by tapping the torch tip on a scrap board. Circle the bead with the non burning torch a couple of times -- then bring the torch away and relight the flame -- then simply pass the lit torch near the unseated bead to ignite the oxy/acetylene mixture INSIDE the tire ..... and presto! No lingering flames, no mess. Use common sense, and remember less is best until you are successful -- better to redo a few times while applying more mixture each time than to injure someone and/or ruin a tire on the very first attempt due to overdoing things! Oxy/acetylene is extremely flammable so it gets with program quickly while always remaining in a gaseous state -- so ALL of it in a close proximity will burn in a very short time -- thus why I like it better than ether.

I’ve used the strap method and the starting fluid method a lot. Both have been successful for me over the years.

yeah that was probably the mistake here. not enough gas at a certain spot so it didn't really had a chance to explod but instead just burned as if it was sprayed down on the ground in a straight line.

Hi Mike, great video! Enjoy them all. Coincidentally we had the same problem last week with a rear tire on a Cat tractor, which had been sitting outside all winter on a property just outside Roundup WY. We tried WD 40/Dish soap and straps all to no avail. Wish we had known about Murphy's. In the end a neighbor used lighted ether to pop it back on the rim.

Hey Mike next time you have this problem, spray eater inside the tire and with a torch turn it on and right after it blows up, trow a big hammer on the tire and boom and the tire is back sealed to the rim, put in air right after and you are ok. thats the way everybody around here including me is doing it.
