I tried this build you're doing here out myself in Slash just now, but took Bluestone as my starter out of a force of habit, and it still did pretty darn good once I got everything online. Didn't even get to a final item before the game ended, and I was just absolutely bullying the enemy Bellona and managed to put some good pressure on their Thor, it felt good to be attacking so fast and working in my abilities to keep up the pressure

Fun fact you can stack 1 off of the death of anything including bastons, towers, and totems. I believe you can also stack it on pets like nuwa soldiers.

yes, but you will need to be basic attacked to proc it and it's one second at a time.

I’m actually loving this new patch on solo, I watched a video before so I was looking at what Phalanx was doing and the prots you get from that is just insane, I said “Screw it” and built it on Cthulhu, I was not disappointed man lol, I don’t care what anyone says, I’m abusing it. However, this change on the mitigations is kinda interesting but I think they exaggerated on the cap, I became good at stacking Cthulhu’s passive, getting it up to 25% to 27% every match (and I get it up to 29% sometimes) but now since the cap is at 25% I’m basically trolling if I build any mitigation in him… they should make more abilities stack the mitigation with items, and actually increase the cap 40% is not so absurd, 25% is too low.

I believe the mitigations cap is only on items. Your lulu mitigation should still work perfectly, and should even stack with items mit!

Vital amp underated, with it and redstone you can over cap defense and max attack speed and destroy hunters as a tank as well.

​@@slim3710 Corrupted Bluestone, it reduces attack speed by 50%, boosted defense by 20% and attack speed by 50% fully stacked. Tank defense is soft capped at 325 and hard capped at 390 but only certain items and abilities lets you over soft cap, so with-it u don't really need all tank items to get really high defense, only about 250 prots. Great item for diving.
