I was so amazed by the colours of your wrasse that I went and googled it and spent some time there. It looks like a Corkwing Wrasse. They are also known for the ability to change colour so there's a high probability that they were Corkwing Wrasse

Hi Mate, sunflower oil is definitely mild and fish tastes pretty great with it but I haven't been eating the vegi/seed oils lately. Instead I've been using organic butter, olive oil or coconut oil. Separated butter is prolly the best flavor for fish out of those three but the coconut's not bad, just stronger, tastes like coconut haha

This is by far my favourite video you’ve posted. I have a 14yr old daughter who started land base fishing with me as soon as she could hold a rod. So cool that the fish were on and you took a back seat and landed and guided her. The fact your adult daughter not only wanted to go after big fish off the rocks with you, to see how much enjoyment she got would have been priceless for you. Lifetime memories.
