@@3riverspiper1792 I used to smoke Clan years ago when we use to have it in Romania. I couldn’t remember anything about it’s taste. It is such an easy tobacco to smoke. It has just a little bit of aromatic character. I think you will be pleasantly surprised if you will try it again.🤝🤝

I just read an articke that a stable population of panthers has been confirmed in northern England!

I know the word Panther is banded about quite a bit, however, the feeling is the majority of the sightings are Black Leopard, with a monochrome oattern intheir fur. Interesting stuff for this part of the world. 👍 Steve.

Morning Steve From the thumbnail I thought you’d treated yourself to a new member of the family. I think the big cats are about, we have a lynx in our area, several people have reported it including myself, People will say why don’t they see them all the time? I say have you ever seen a muntjac? They say no or what’s that? A prime example of hidden nature, nature hiding. Congratulations on 1000 subs that is some amazing achievement.

Thank you Robert, yes, we are truely blessed to have had so much support and encouraement on our path to this moment..the picture of Molly, taken about the time I found the YTPC, she is an inspiration, and obviously the catalyst that has carried the channel to this point..another dog one day ?? heart would say yes, head makes me realise otherwise..🐕. Anyway, your channel's support is proving how appreciated your programmes are. Reference wild felines, well whilst fishing I have had expriences I can not explain, for sure there is a thriving Eurpoen Lynx population in Galloway, as for my own sightings , I know what I saw, and I know what it was not. Our woodlands are indeed inhabited by mysterious creatures. I'm sure Alex will appreciate your gift, there is ample room for new presenters to join in. I recall leaving Goodison Park post match early evening and heading out of Liverpool homeward bound to Manchester just past past Stanley Park. Motionless on red at the traffic lights, I looked to my left to the car in the inside lane and low and behold behind the wheel was Sir Bobby in his car looking back at me, we gave each other a cheerful smile and the all knowing nod (we had just beaten Everton), his wife Norma was in the passenger seat. Just an elderly man and his wife in a car to the unobservant, but that day I felt like I had a minutes audience with the Royalty of Manchester 😂. He once hit a 147 yard hole in one on the 16th at Fornby Hall Golf Club, the prize for such a feat being a Mercedes car, accepting the prize (as he did) meant he had to turn pro that in-turn prevented him from playing in any amateur tournaments 😂. He had an attentive guardian Angel being a survivor of the Munich air disaster. A working class hero, he won the World Cup, the European Cup, the FA Cup, the Charity Shield, the Football League (old Division 1), and a long list of individual awards including the FWA Footballer Of The Year and the FIFA World Cup Golden Ball, RIP Sir Bobby Charlton, thanks for the memories 🙏

Firstly, may I thank you for your endorsement of Alex as my choice of a worthy Ambassador of our Culture, Secondly, as a person who attended his first Old Trafford {Bobby's Theatre of Dreams} experience at the end of the 1965 / 66 season, and fellow United supporter,{ ironically Harry Gregg was in goal on that occasion, the man that dragged Bobby from the plane wreck on that fateful night,} your stories of our beloved Sir Bobby did bring some very strong emotions to myself, I have to admit sheading a tear or three reading your accounts...mabe one day we may meet up and share some anecdotes of our unique football club and heroes ? My son attended {as a youngster} Bobby Charlton's Football school, during which time , although we never had a conversation, our paths did meet ,as you say, just that nod of acknowledgement to each other as we were in each others presence, is treasured by myself. @@stonehengeminstrel Here is a little recount based on your comment "what a treat that must have been for you both, being the all knowing father you were probably more excited than your son ", it was a residential experience, I would call in each day without my son's knowledge just to check he was in good spirit, however, one morning I actually met him, he had just had breakfast, sat next to the Great man himself, I asked what was it like to share such prime time with him ? he replied, "nothing special Dad, it was just like sitting with you ".. not sure if I should take that as a compliment, to which I convinced myself I should ❤, Obviously, now , he knows how privileged he was.. My son went on to make a career away from football, albeit he was a decent player, his son, my Grandson, has been with City for the last 10 months {he is now just coming up to 12 years old} so you never know, one black spot, Liverpool have approached him to join their acadamy 🤐 lol. Reference putting the World to rights, I am not sure of your location, but I will be attending the Glossop Pipe Club meeting 2 nd Sunday in the month at the Globe Inn this November , 1.00m - 3.00pm. For any boy to make it to the Premier League would be a dream come true, I wish the young lad all the best of future continued success and hope that one day I will be able to see him play in the big league, even if it is in a Liverpool kit 🤦😂, you've got to take the rough with the smooth, it's the beautiful game so for any footballer to make it big time is the objective, picking your ideal team is but a bonus. Hi GP, thank you for your good wishes.. The Black Cat ? the example I have seen, well I could describe it as a young 'Black Leopard', immature , its behaviour is that of a less than confident mature animal... The most identified Feline in the UK is that of a Black Leopard, a creditable second goes to Eurpean Lynx, less seen a few sightings describing what may be Puma.. so a mixture of Escapees, released oversized pets, and illegal reintroduction of a long departed species from these Isles .but for sure, they do exist.
