Out of control Figs!

This gives me hope, I'm also in the Bronx and I just started rooting fig cuttings about 6 weeks ago and I've been wondering even if they will ever grow into trees

They grow quickly. Out of one tree I made 5 more.

I have made fig leaf tea. It's a nice flavor that reminds me of a warm spice like cinnamon but smelling just like the fig tree, instead.
