Why is nobody being arrested for corruption? What is going on? Why are criminals hiding behind the CITY? No, they must all be arrested. The people responsible must be accountable and not the paying customers.

It is time for OUTA to insist that CoJ read water and electricity meters at least every 3 months. CoJ estimates have left homeowners due large returns.
