I think bringing the emp grenades is a great idea, I think it’ll help people survive longer in a match, and stop people from saying how bad the season is because of the cars. I also like that epic is starting to tie things together as well, the new ceo of Fortnite has been doing a really great job keeping this game going and making it more fun and interesting to see what’s coming later in the future :)

my idea of how to better balance is adding back the anvil, but in turn adding flares to car that you can launch, so countering ground players/vehicles is skill based and not just whoever has the better item. and yes, emps need to be brought back, maybe less shield damage, but disabling cars for a bit would be great

As much as I do love this season and its theme and loot pool, having counter play to cars while not being in one is a decent idea, though I feel like it’s a delicate balance. Add the wrong thing, the season’s theme is pointless or the item makes it worse, like adding the Anvil Launcher would just ruin the point of the season. I do agree with your point that there should be more means to fight a car while your out of a car.

They should add back some form of proximity mines but they lock onto tires breaking the tire, even if it’s bulletproof. Makes cars still useable, just a bit more awkward to manoeuvre. Also hopefully the magneto metal pull thing from the trailer can yank spiked bumpers and cow catchers off.

The turrets still work after being EMPed so even if the car slows down, anyone who mans the turrets will be the last defense a car uses.

This is a good idea, I think Fortnite should add anti-vehicle items but even if they didn’t, I would still have fun in this season because every item is fun to use and if you want that extra damage you were talking about, I do think that the boss at that arena thing increases damage and gives infinite ammo, but if you’re unable to get that, than have you’re whole squad carry that bow and I’ma be honest the cars can be annoying to fight but there’s cars every where and if someone doesn’t have one that is kind of a skill issue, if you read this far sorry for the long-ass comment.

Seeing Casuals make the Sweats and the Comps scream in tears was very fun. Seeing them feel the same pain that we felt with being sniped from the first season was hilarious. But the fun has to end. We are going to get a Sniper designed to cause BIG damage to vehicles. Not gonna lie, an EMP Grenade that will cut off a vehicle's engine for a few minutes is also GREAT!? I am a Passionate Gamer at heart since I was little and I see that this season needs a balance... and a better Battle Pass. God damn it Ringstar Scarr! You killed off that hyena Survey Skin that I was looking forward to seeing... now I am stuck with literally a guy with 3 peas. I don't have an anthro skin to bang with now! I joined at the start of this chapter and I love Oscar and Cerberus. Good thing they're on the map to be dueled. Hopefully the extra skins we get for the season in The Shop is good. They should at least nerf the cars in some way, it’s near impossible to kill people in cars and if you don’t have a car, you’re gonna get killed in a drive by. This season is fun and the story is getting pretty good, but they should make it so that everyone has a fighting chance. (Also I don’t care if you upload rants/yapping, I still watch your videos anyway)

I would love the item personally, but due to how useful it would be (even if it only disabled cars for 2 seconds), everybody not in a car is basically forced into having an inventory slot just for emp grenades. As for the players in the cars, it would just be unfun to have your gameplay basically disabled, stun-lock things in games are not usually favored. Now I believe with time (considering that its only been 2 days since the season came out..) people will find out new methods to destroy cars, and I believe new weapons and items during these next season updates will help to counter cars without making cars another case of the nerfed drum gun, or nerf combat shotgun (the new combat shotgun is good this time). I think the meta is very unique, but something needs to be rounded out, if you want personal tips for ground fights with cars, boom bows are extremely effective, if they have off road tires you can shoot them off.. and if they have bulletproof tires then shoot the windows (also let the turret go into cool down for shooting, even if there standing still in the car with the window broken and car is not moving, the turret and grenade launcher shred). 9 times out of 10 for me they either get out of the car, stay and die, or runaway. (P.S, the fizz and nitro is a really good counter for dodging cars that are ramming into you).

I disagree. The emp grenades are conoletely busted, as that "short time" of vehicles being disabled is straight up like a minute, which is too long. What i think they SHOULD add, is the anvil launcher. The anvil launcher would be a great counter, while also still providing people in cars a chance to fight back as well, considering the anvil launcher has to charge. But nah, the emps are just way too busted, especially considering not only do they disable cars, but they also drain 80 shields, meaning you're practically screwed if someone emps your car forcing you to get out and fight with only 110 hp

It’s not ruined so much as very annoying for those who don’t have a car. Bringing back EMPs would make it a lot easier to counter cars when you don’t have one yourself. Anvil would be more like a better booms bolt, with homing.

Tbh the emp would be good but then all the fun would be gone, Like its fun just driving around in solos while having a random person in your car shooting the turret for you as you question if this is teaming, like even sweats now have a hard time and its a good season for all new players to have better chances getting a win or people that dont play much, Like i get how the emp would be a insanely good way to counter it but then its just no fun and it would make everyone not use cars basically fully eliminating fun
