You mention so many things but have you noticed the most importand? THE YOU TUBE MUSIC LIBRARY has the worst issue ever for almost a week now! VOLUME EQUILIZER DOESNT WORK =as soon as you choose a track as a video background and you lower the music sound so it wont cover your voice IT JUST DOESNT WORK ! As soon as the song is adjusted by studio and you watch video to see the results THE MUSIC IS TURNED BACK to the highest level as it was before, as if you did nothing to lower the sound and you seem to be talking like the NO TALKING movies of the 20s! I had to correct all over but since it doesnt work , i have my 3 latest videos with no music in the background! SO WHY ISNT THIS FIXED instead of hearing about algorithm all time and its madness?

Since december my views on shorts got divided by 6, even shorts with 120% watchrate aren't promoted in the feed anymore, all the views comes from the subs. I started my KZbin journey by uploading stream highlights, and funny moments, I still need to put way more work into my videos but I think the thumbnails are what need more attention. On top of that, I thought that my newest video had a good thumbnail but it did way worse than my other videos, is that because I changed "series" (in quotes because its still stream highlights but is a more vague series) Edit: 1. Are my tags messing me up? 2. I'm going to keep uploading anyways because I need to learn the algorithm more.

It's crazy how there's so many of us with 15 to 5,000 subs and we only get 400 to 700 views on our shorts and maybe a hundred to 200 views on most of our full length videos

Robert, unfortunately I have to say that not all of your tips are applicable to the LEGO niche that I'm in! On top of that, I'm from Germany. It's also a fact that the niche in Germany is very conservative. Looking across the pond to you is all well and good, but not implementable in many areas. I don't think it's the wrong niche. I've tried a lot of things and it's slowly becoming frustrating. The income doesn't justify the little income. That even courses that are supposed to help, like the ones you offer, make it impossible as a financial investment. That's how it is and that makes me reflect on myself, are my videos just too boring for the scene?
