i don't have any DSC hs2016 to test, usualy dsc panel have a constant bell - , in this case you must wire A to Bell + and pull out the P jumper on siren. If you have a multimeter just measure where do you have a constant voltage. If you have a constant voltage on Bell + then you must wire like in the video, if you have a constant voltage on Bell - then you must wire A to Bell + and pull out the P jumper on siren.
