I would have enjoyed seeing how this kitchen opperates. The round unit to the left would make a great tandoori oven and the baking oven on the right, is the center flat top just a preperation unit? Really? A brick Mason should know that most of his joints are not right, and that when structural brick is introduced to fire they pop. Next what kind of weather do you expect under a shelter? Either we didn't watch the same video, or you should look into getting glasses. Because the video I watched was a what not to do video of something that is supposed to look good for youtube it's pretty but nonfunctional

@@rockolutheran the draw with how the stove pipe allows most of the heat to leave without heating whatever your trying to cook, the brick are going to pop and explode with first really hot fire. There are more reasons, it's simple, the right materials were not used, and when you have a new idea about how to make a new design for a wood stove or oven it's best to stick to traditional types because most modern people are not smart enough to come up with a design that's better than the traditional ones, because traditional designs have evolved over the entire time man has been using fire.

I hope they use refractory cement to lay the bricks unless in few uses the regular cement will start to crack, then become britable and will let sand go to the food, then the owen will be unusable.

None of the materials used are fire resistant and this will not last for long. PS I am a journeyman cement finisher.

I notice that a lot with these Asian made stove videos. They just use regular concrete and single layers of regular brick. Looks cool but none of it will last. Refractory materials are expensive though. But why do all that work when it’s just going to crack and crumble?

@@harryamos7869 Because they build these stoves and ovens for video tutorial purpose only, none of these will be actually used in real life. For example, what is on earth the middle part of stove, which has a timber panel on top for? And why does he add a chimneyless oven underneath the pizza oven? The last but not least, the firepit sort of thing doesn't even have a smoke hole on it. So the only thing might work is the pizza oven which will cook off everything touchs it's surface as it's neither fire resistant nor insulated.

This guy has incredible masonry skills but, there are many serious design flaws here. The wrong materials are used for the dome construction (too many to list here) but, the biggest flaw is that the flue is located inside the oven dome. All of the heat will escape outside the chimney.

En la parte del medio también se pone leña en la parte de abajo y sirve como estufa o pones leña arriba y arriba de la leña una parrilla de acero con patas para asar carne. la redonda sirve para hacer barbacoa se pone leña al fondo, y para caldos como de pescado por ejemplo, igualmente se pone leña abajo y mediante una varilla se atora de la agarradera de la olla en la parte de arriba, puedes ver videos de como preparan barbacoa en pozo, solo que este no está enterrado en el suelo.

Round area on left = bbq. Add a small grill or mesh on top of circle table. The middle, is a preparation area, and under it is wood stprage area to keep it dry. On the right, is the pizza oven, for small breads, pizza, or cakes. You get fire going good and wait, then use the lower flame heat or coals heat, for pizza and small breads.

The problem is you can’t use concrete for higher heat like a pizza oven. Concrete degrades at a temp of 500f. You have to use a mixture or 6-1 sand and concrete mix for an oven. Unfortunately, they don’t even show or list what they use to make this
