Today we decided to go outside and do the usual but OUTDOOR OUTDOOR PILATES workout (set of exercises) there in order to give the legs and core more strength and flexibility - do pilates. Of course, it was not done without ballet - all routines are connected with ballet. Sofya and I do this workout every day, if we (Maria Khoreva and Sofya Khoreva) do not have classes - me at the Mariinsky Theater, she at the Vaganova Academy - to maintain our legs and core in working order.
