*Wow* ! I can never get over how effective your workouts are. I tell myself, '10 minutes won't be so bad' and then I can literally feel my fat crying! I have fallen out of fitness this past month so I'm eager to get back into it using your short and effective exercises 😊

I love this routine. I had been doing private pilates classes tailored to help my core and glute weakness which caused my lower back and quads to kick in when they shouldn't be, leading to all kinds of problems, but due to the lockdown I can't go to the physio clinic. Your workouts are helping keep me challenged and on track and I love how many new moves I see in your videos. I always walk taller and feel stronger after so I know they're working. such a great worktout! And I really enjoyed that it was one without any form of planking because where my core is quite strong my shoulders are often to weak for all the planking involved in your core workouts. But other than that I really love your channel and your workouts have been a great help to my over the last 1,5 years, especially after my gymnastics injury last year, which is also the reason my shoulder (escpecilly the left one) is not that strong yet.
