Nice tour. I was somewhat envious. I could just about live on oysters. Straight out of the ocean to mouth is wonderful, but those that have moved from the coast have to put up with lesser products. They still taste great... Good video. Nice cook-up.

you know what i just realized why not just shuck a 4 month old oyster for fine dining or in a combo, resturants would probably bank off its looks cause its much smaller, and if its much more clean and sweeter the younger it is then thats also a big plus
