I live in a mobile home community in Minnesota. And anytime there is a problem with trees, it is the landowner’s responsibility to take care of them. There was a tree that went dead in my front yard a few years ago, and they had to take it down at their expense. And the other trees that are around here, they are responsible for trimming even. I think this lady needs to get one of those free consultations with the lawyer and find out what her rates are in your state. Sounds like the landowner is really trying to rip her off.
