They are NOT our national carrier. They are a private company and yes they did what the ACCC is alleging… They knew they were pulling out of the codeshare with LATAM for the South America leg, but they still sold tickets and when people like my mother in law asked for a refund, Qanta did what they could to not and eventually made her sign a document saying she wouldn’t sue them, before they gave her refund.

I have flown with many international airlines. Qantas has always sat near the bottom of my choices. I have found the flight experience somewhat ordinary. Now with the welcome to "Country" tiresome stuff, I wont be flying with them no matter what the price ! Now there is an issue trust !
