Been a sub since your Div 1 through Div 2 content and was very happy to see you started Outriders. Still remember that Div 1 formula for figuring out if your gun was worth anything. Very nice and effective. Going with melee and fire is a solid choice to get to CT15. I would only change the armor piercing stuff, as that really doesn't help you enough in this build.

Great Video, if you didn't know the Golem at 30% HP is currently bugged and when it procs it stays on. So you end up having a Perm 65% all source dmg reduction, hopefully it's fixed in the next patch.

Hi, first of love the channel and your vids, keep up the good work. I noticed one thing in the skill tree that is in my opinion a wasted one is the armor pierce as Volcanic Rounds is actually ignoring armor all together and I'm not sure but I don't believe melee skills are affected by armor either. I'm an explosive build pyro myself... I'm going to try and sort of augment the approach to maintaining the explosive build. Instead of ascending through that middle tree, you may be able to stick with the bottom tier "mostly, and just make sure "overheat" is a part of the build.

If you are using volcanic rounds I don't think you need armor piercing as the rounds bypass armor, unless you need it for melee but that should count as a skill as well so I suspect it also bypasses. Thank you for the build though, I was getting frustrated with my pyro.

Untamed Power proccs on every melee hit as well, cos the melee hit counts as activating a skill. And instead of status power i'd take cooldown reduction so you can spam your skills more often. (cooldown reduction does not help with melee tho, take martial arts mod if you want to spam your melee) and actually i'd prefer to take the martial arts over the brawl. simple reason: brawl doubles melee damage. martial arts basically doubles your melee damage cos you can use it more often AND gives you a better usage of untamed power, since it basically also proccs double the amount. (every melee hit) those are the things that i'd change personally. other than that this is a great guide and untamed power is one of the most underrated mods for an ap build out there. just and FYI, volcanic rounds scales off weapon damage, not anomaly power. It does anomaly damage, but doesn't use anomaly power, which is dumb, but it seems to be the case.

got a tank build using middle pyro tree, with one tier three mod :( but could easily use chains instead. Otherwise all epic gear and run with pistols!

I found this build to not have as much tank as the anomaly build and not as much DPS as the Volcanic round DPS build. It did not work as well for me as the other 2 with my current gear. I did not have the attributes that you mentioned in the video, so this build will probably take quite a bit of farming to use as well.

I've been using Damage Absorber with Protection of the Flames. PotF only requires kills to be maintained while DA is, of course, up all the time. It gets you to 40% resistance from mods, which is 5% less than the T3 mod Circle of Power, and only a little less bonus armor than Mitigation from Death, with barely any effort required to maintain (that said, CoP is easy to maintain, too, with a build like this, since I think melee triggers it too, but I'm not sure). ES gives much more than all of those, yes, but only for 4 seconds on a 7 second(?) hard ICD, which means there are 3 seconds where it does nothing for you if you're in trouble.

Only problem with emergency stance - is that it's bugged. It goes off and stays on, it doesn't cycle. Short-term it's great. Long-term when they patch it, it won't be the ultimate defense mod cause it'll be working as intended. So, the mod that gives you armor for killing down sights might be better to learn from in the long run - only because it likely won't get nerfed. :)

Everything has stayed the same on this build, but I have moved in Mitigation From Death in place of Emergency Stance.

I am wondering why you picked armor piercing on top. Volcanic Rounds: "If the bullets hit, it causes skill damage IGNORING armor and piercing the target" Seeing as it should be active all the time there should be no need to actually grab armor piercing. In that case I would advise getting either the elite damage reduction node or the 20% resistance node from the Tempest part for a bit more defense. Overall nice build for people to start with though, keep it up!

Do you think "chasing away the chill" would be a more valuable asset than armor piercing? Skill damage disregards armor, correct? Trade for 12% increased healing being more tankish?

One of the mods for Feed the Flames replenishes your ammo. It is called Bullet Absorption and it: Replenishes 33% of ammo in your magazine for every enemy affected by the skill.

Pretty sure the 10.4 update completely wrecked something with DoT . I juggle several builds , one of which is similar to yours here, for ET13-15 and the damage just isn’t there anymore. Getting swamped by AlphaPerfs and regular perfs, Brood mothers even worse. I’m not the only person I’ve played with that agrees DoT builds are ineffective right now

"Melee build" Doesn't use the mod for 50% reduced melee cd... Or twice as hot which pairs nicely as well since your melee procs the damage on anything burning, such as the thing you just melee'd that isn't dead yet

This build is EXTREMELY DISGUSTING!! My AP build was stuck at CT12-13 and I needed to do like 130APM to even remotely have a chance to clear the map, I used your build with a some changes and CT15 is now a snooze fest, I don't even need to dodge anymore so my fingers can rest!

The only reason your build was "Unkillable" was Emergency Stance being bugged out out so that you had 65% armor all the time. The build is absolutely terrible and the damage is just sad. YOu also don't need armor piercing when you you use volcanic rounds, because anomaly bullets already ignore armor.
