@@MichaelVenn Thank you so much! I am so excited to teach many things, honestly. I am trying to figure out where exactly to start. On my list, I've got superheroes, Greek myths, mythological creatures, Disney, Harry Potter, etc... 😊

I hear ya. I suspect a lot of people will feel that way at first. I would start by asking yourself: - what are you good at? - what do you love? I think teaching your hobby is a great starting point. Good luck!

Thank you for the info. How does it work if you are drawing something? Can you have a taped version too, other than a live class?🤷🏻‍♀️🌸. Is this a one day class for $10 per student?
@MichaelVenn
@MichaelVenn 4 жыл бұрын
I’m not sure. To be 100% honest I’m still waiting on approval so I haven’t actually taught a class yet. And yes, $10/student per class (but you can choose what to charge)

Can you teach OutSchool if you're an American living abroad? It says you have to be a US Resident.

How is Outschool different than youtube? Why would children pay to learn from Outschool when they can use youtube to learn for free?
@MichaelVenn
@MichaelVenn 3 жыл бұрын
Unlike KZbin, Outschool classes are taught live so the teachers can focus in on the specific learning needs of an individual child. Students can also chat with and interact with the other kids in the class. I do understand what you’re saying though, a lot of information is available for free on KZbin. With that line of thinking it would also beg the question, why would people pay to learn from a university when a lot of the information taught is available for free at the library? I think people will always pay for individualized instruction and 1-1 feedback.
