Hello, I will be landing at the Toronto airport on 26th Dec, from there I want to reach Kingston with luggage of roughly 50kgs.. so what is the transportation I can use to get there?

You can use this transportation route. 1. Take UP express train located on the top floor of the Toronto Pearson (YYZ) airport to Union Station in downtown Toronto. This will take approximately 30-40 minutes 2. From Union Station take VIA Rail train to Kingston (book tickets for this train in advance depending on your schedule / arrival). It is approx 2.5 hours travel route. Keep few hours window to finish all formalities at the airport and plan accordingly. You can either use Cash (CAD) on the machine or use your credit card but make sure you have international transactions enabled on your card before you travel.
